- Quaint and Quality have no mínimum order

- It is mandatory to communicate any change in the delivery address or billing address. The company will not assume any expense caused by the change not communicated in time to email ventas@quaintquality.com

- Al our products are available while stocks last.

- Proforma (100% in advance) either for old or new customers, including a 3% discount for prompt.

- We are not responsible for products mishandled by our customers.

- All defective items must be returned in their original packaging.

- To return an item in good conditions, it will be the customer who must send it to us at his own expense. Once received we will arrange the corresponding credit note.

- Merchandise will be sent in 15 to 20 days maximum after payment confirmation. After shipping, the deliverytime will depends on transport and final destination.

- Any legal discrepancy will be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain

-  OUR LUMINAIRES COMPLY WITH THE MANDATORY SPANISH REGULATIONS OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY

-   EACH PRODUCT WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY ITS CORRESPONDING ENERGY LABEL 

BULBS

- THE BULBS THAT MUST BE USED IN OUR LUMINAIRES MUST BE 60W MAXIMUM.

CAPS

- ALL OUR LAMPS HAVE E-27 CAP, EXCEPT THE SMALL LAMPS FOR CLIP BULB THAT USES THE E-14 CAP

PLUGS

- OUR PLUGS ARE APPROVED BY THE EUROPEAN COMUNITY, AND DO NOT HAVE A GROUNDING.

- FOR COUNTRIES SUCH AS THE UNITED KINGDOM, IRELAND, MALTA, ...... IF THEY DO NOT USE OUR PLUGS, THE CUSTOMER MUST PROVIDE THE CORRESPONDING ADAPTER FOR EACH COUNTRY.

- QUAINT AND QUALITY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THIS STANDARD

Lampshade’s sizes are indicated following this example: 30x15x20 (lower diameter x upper diameter x heigh)

If you are looking for a high-coupling screen. The website finder “ACOPLE ALTO” (high coupling)

TRANSPORT

Transport cost is always under customer´s account.

The goods are delivered at the entrance of the store, at street level. This merchandise is not loaded or put inside the store.

Quaint & Quality has arrangements with a huge number of international transport companies, and we willstudy every single order, so that we can offer to our customers the most competitive and economic transport.

Duties, taxes or customs charges will be under customer's account.

DAMAGES / DEFECTIVE GOODS 

In case you receive any damaged item, a picture of this article must be sent to ventas@quaintquality.com, explaining the damage the item´s and quantity.

Any defective item or other problems should be also informed as soon as goods are received.

Quaint & Quality will place the corresponding credit note and refund the amount to your bank account or will discount the amount in your next order, according to your selection.
